Dental Assisting Team

Each member of our dental assistant team has received certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. This training beyond the standard dental assistant certification provides them with a more extensive knowledge of dental procedures. Their expanded knowledge allows them to execute more comprehensive procedures and provide patients with thorough education regarding their dental health and the preferred treatments available.

Our assistants have also received additional training on the latest techniques in neuromuscular dentistry. Therefore, they are fully prepared to assist patients in determining what course of treatment will best meet their needs and answer any questions they may have.

Jenny
Jenny graduated from McCutcheon High School and then attended Ivy Tech and received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate.  She has worked at Allure Dental since 2001, and what she enjoys most is seeing lives of patients changed through their smile.

Jenny and her husband have a daughter, Abigail, and a son, Preston.  When she is not at work she enjoys watching football, shopping and spending time with her family.

Andrea
After graduating from Logansport High School she attended PCI and then IUPUI for her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certificate.  Andrea has been with Allure Dental since 1999.

Andrea enjoys spending time with her daughter, Alexa, and her family and friends. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and sports as well as outdoor activities.

Stacey

Stacey has been with Allure Dental since 2005. A graduate of Jefferson High School, she attended both Purdue University and Ivy Tech to get her dental assisting and expanded functions degrees. With 13 years of dental experience, she is currently teaching and helping out the dental assisting program at Ivy Tech.

Stacey enjoys being outdoors and walking her dog. Spending time with her family and friends are also very important to her. She enjoys live music, traveling and working out.

Megan

Megan graduated from Pioneer High School & attended Ivy Tech where she received her certificate in Dental assisting and then went on to expanded duties training later that year. She has been a dental assistant for over 11 years and joined the Allure Dental Team in 2010. She enjoys assisting in making a difference in the lives of patients and their smiles.

She has two amazing children, Aiden & Ava. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and friends that she has been blessed with.

Audrey

Audrey graduated from North Montgomery High School. Then attended Ivy Tech College in 2007 where she received her degree in Dental Assisting and Expanded Duties. Audrey joined the Allure Team 2011. She enjoys caring for her patients and making a change in their lives and smiles. She likes to spend time with family and friends, walking her dogs, and being outdoors. On her free time she loves to garden.

Amber

Amber graduated from Crawfordsville High School and attended PCI where she received her certificate in dental assisting. She completed her expanded functions restorative course at IUPUI. She has been a dental assistant for over 12 years. She has been with Allure since 2010.

She has two daughters, Adeline and Annabelle. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, playing cards, spending time with family and friends and watching her children play sports.
